Springfield 's Special Cuvée is sourced from 35- to 40-year-old Sauvignon vines, rooted in the alluvial sand and stony soils near the Breede River, Springfield's finest vineyards. Thanks to a natural approach and minimal intervention, this unique terroir is given the opportunity to express its personality in a beautiful, richly concentrated wine. The complex, sensual combination of passion fruit and flint lingers in a stylish finish.
