How can I place an order?
Ordering is easy through our store in Schoonaarde or by contacting us by phone or email. For larger orders or specific wines, we're happy to assist you personally.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We don't have a set minimum quantity: both small and large orders are welcome. However, there are standard discounts when purchasing 12 identical bottles.

How will my order be delivered?
Orders can be picked up at our store or delivered to your home. Deliveries are made throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

What are the shipping costs?
Orders with a total of €250 are free. For orders less than €20, we charge a shipping fee.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
In most cases, we deliver within a few business days. For exceptional or special wines, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Can I also pick up my order myself?
Absolutely! You're always welcome to pick up your order at our store in Schoonaarde, where you can also get a sample if you'd like.

Do you also deliver outside Belgium and the Netherlands?
For deliveries outside Belgium and the Netherlands, we're happy to discuss the options with you. Please contact us at wines@cavesdefrance.be.

I don't know much about wine. Can you help me choose?
Absolutely. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or a first-time wine buyer, we're happy to help you make the right choice.

Do you also provide personal advice?
Yes, you can always count on personalized advice at our store in Schoonaarde. We'll listen to your taste, occasion, and budget, and together we'll find the perfect wine.

Can I get advice about wine for a dinner or party?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring your menu and we'll find the perfect wines to complement it. From aperitifs to desserts, we'll ensure the perfect match.

Do you also organize tastings?
Yes, we organize our atmospheric spring and autumn tastings twice a year. We also regularly offer wine classes where you can delve deeper into flavors, regions, and pairings.

What if I'm looking for a wine that's not in your range?
We will then be happy to discuss with you whether we can order it for you or propose an equivalent alternative.

What if you work with the producer but don't have the wine?
No problem! Feel free to contact us here and we'll see what we can do for you.

Which payment methods can I use in the store?
In our store you can pay with Bancontact, credit card or cash.

Can I pay for gift cards with the card?
Yes, gift cards are available in both cash and card forms.

Can I get an invoice when I visit a store?
Of course, both private individuals and companies can receive an invoice with their purchase if desired.

Can I return or exchange a wine?
Yes, unopened bottles in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt or invoice.

Are opened bottles taken back?
No, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. We will only work with you to find a solution if there are clear quality issues.

What if a bottle is damaged upon delivery?
Let us know as soon as possible (preferably with a photo). We'll then immediately arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return wine ordered online?
Yes, our returns policy also applies to online orders. Please contact us so we can arrange the practicalities.

Do I have to pay return costs?
In the event of an error or damage upon delivery, we will, of course, cover the costs. If you'd like to exchange a wine yourself, this is usually done in-store. If you choose to return it by mail, the shipping costs are your responsibility.
