Domaine Gibault's Sauvignon de Touraine is a vibrant Loire Valley wine with aromas of apricot, orange blossom, and rose. Thanks to the cool fermentation, the fruity aromas remain clear and expressive. A subtle buttery note, developed through aging on the yeast cells, adds softness and roundness.
The overall effect is light and fresh, with juicy acidity and a lively character. The finish is elegant, balanced, and surprisingly refined. A Loire Sauvignon reminiscent of Sancerre – but at a more attractive price.
