TASTE NOTES
Henri Bourgeois' Pouilly-Fumé comes from clay and limestone soils on the slopes of Saint-Andelaïne. Limestone lends tension and structure, while clay provides roundness and body. The nose reveals floral notes and a subtle smokiness, typical of Sauvignon Blanc. The overall effect is harmonious and refined, with complex aromas and elegant depth. The palate is dry, fruity, and perfectly balanced, with a long, expressive finish. A classic Pouilly-Fumé that beautifully reflects terroir, finesse, and character.
