Pour Mon Père is the flagship of Château de Gaure. Its red color reveals beautiful purple hues. On the nose, the aromatic palette reveals notes of black fruit, sweet spices, and roasted cocoa. The palate opens powerfully and fruitily, quickly balancing the fruit with the flexibility of the tannins that give the wine structure. This powerful and fruity wine comes from the finest terroirs of Latour de France and Tautavel. A complex and balanced wine with excellent length. This cuvée has good aging potential and can only improve with age.
