The nose offers an exotic bouquet of yellow rose, cardamom, coriander, ginger root, mango, and lychee. The palate is full and vibrant, with spicy notes of aromatic pepper interwoven with ripe fruit. The old vines give the wine a salty note and impressive structure. After a few minutes in the glass, it opens up further, revealing additional complexity.
