TASTE NOTES
The Château de Jau Rouge Sans Sulfites has a ruby red color with garnet highlights. The nose reveals aromas of garrigue, herbs, and ripe red fruit. The attack is soft and refined, gradually gaining concentration and beautifully integrated tannins. The long finish reveals a subtle floral note of violets. A pure and expressive wine in which the terroir speaks freely.
