Château Pibarnon Rouge has a complex and elegant aroma, built on a solid, powerful structure, yet with a soft edge and considerable finesse. On the palate, we taste a wealth of dark red fruit, including mulberry, cherry, and blueberry, as well as floral notes (violets). A light touch of licorice and a powerful peppery accent round out the whole. In short, Pibarnon Rouge is a powerful, noble, spicy, and exceptionally fine wine that can easily be aged for many years.
